Aaron Windrum Chartered FCIPD

Aaron is an accomplished HR Director with over 20 years of experience in people management, known for his strategic leadership and ability to drive positive change in workplaces. He founded A Human Resource Ltd to help businesses manage HR through strategic projects, easing the workload for senior leaders and HR professionals without increasing headcount.

Aarons’ deep understanding of both business and people, combined with his capability to resolve issues and address the needs of employees and the business, positions him as a versatile and effective HR leader. His experience spans various sectors, including hospitality, retail, restaurants, banking, government, media, digital platforms, marketing, sales, manufacturing, warehousing & distribution, services, construction, and energy.

This broad experience underlines his belief that the principles and practices of effective HR are transferable and adaptable to every organisation.

Aaron holds a degree in Human Resource Management and Level 7 FCIPD accreditation, reflecting his commitment to professional development and HR excellence.

Additionally, he holds a diploma in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and has comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws across the UK, Ireland, and various European countries. His expertise extends to specialised areas such as Immigration and Artificial Intelligence in HR.

Aaron has successfully delivered complex organisational change programs through strategic HR Transformation projects resulting in minimal risk to the business and overall improved organisational performance. His strategic oversight and practical approach to HR balances risk with business needs.
